Bethlehem Township Commissioners gave preliminary/final approval to Highview Commercial LLC for a rental complex at 4406 Easton Road during their June 19 meeting.

Subject to a public hearing back on June 5, the now-approved plans comprise garden apartments with 96 units. No action had been taken at that meeting.

A motion amending the Stormwater Capital Improvement Plan was passed, and improvements at the intersection of Bethman Road and Fairway Drive were added under the plan.

Kathleen Maguvero and Andrew St. Clair were appointed to the Bethlehem Township Environmental Advisory Council.

A motion authorized Township Manager Doug Bruce to advertise for bids for the pedestrian crossing enhancement projects on Oakland Road. and Hecktown Road.
