Marlene B. Schmoyer, 76, of Zionsville, died June 27, 2023, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Eugene W. Schmoyer, who died Sept. 29, 1993. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Wilson and Beatrice (Hetrick) Kohler.

She was a member of Zion’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Old Zionsville.

She was the owner of the former Schmoyer Ceramics and had worked at the former Browns Printing, East Greenville and Stewart’s Sandwich Shop, Emmaus.

She is survived by her son, Neil E. and his wife, Susan; daughter, Christine E. and her husband, Martin Sell; grandson, Nicholas Sell.
