Falcon bats get hot in LVL
With a total of 30 runs scored in its last two games, Salisbury (6-6) is the hottest offensive team in the Lehigh Valley Legion Baseball League. A 17-7 win at Northern Valley (7-5) was followed by a 13-3 win over Southern Lehigh (4-9) with both games being on the road.

Northern Valley scored three in the bottom of the fourth, but Salisbury came right back to tack on four runs in the top of the fifth, all scored with two outs. A bases-loaded walk, wild pitch and two passed balls made it 14-4.
With a run in the fifth and two in the sixth, the Chargers cut the lead to 14-7 and in the top of the seventh, Salisbury added RBI singles from Zellin and Grejda brought in two runs and a fielding error led to the final run of the game scoring for Salisbury.
