Burglary
Someone entered a building along Hoffman Lane, Lower Milford Township, through a window at the rear of the building and removed approximately $80 in cash from an office in the building between 2 and 3 a.m. May 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A Stihl attachment power tool, a Stihl backpack blower and a Simpson pressure washer were removed from an unlocked shed at a property along Queens Lane, Upper Milford Township, between 5 p.m. May 1 and 7:30 a.m. May 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. An HP Elite laptop was removed from a nearby unlocked vehicle around the same time.
A wallet, three coats, slippers, a van key and a driver’s license were among items removed from a residence at a location along Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 9:30 p.m. May 31 and 7 a.m. June 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Accidental shooting
No one was injured when a rifle was accidentally discharged at a location on Woodmont Circle, Lower Macungie Township, May 6 when a person was displaying a shotgun to friends and the weapon went off, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Troopers responded to the incident 8:37 p.m.
Resisting arrest
An 35-year-old male, of Allentown, was apprehended by state troopers after he allegedly fled on foot in an incident at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:30 p.m. May 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly yelled at one store employee and allegedly kicked a shopping cart which almost hit another store employee.
DUI
Investigators determined a 44-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly was driving under the influence after troopers responded to an incident along Indian Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:26 p.m. May 26 involving the male and two other people, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Charges in the incident also included alleged harassment.
A 59-year-old motorist, of Philadelphia, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence at the scene of a two vehicle crash near the intersection of Spinnerstown Road and Limeport Pike, Lower Milford Township, April 26. The motorist was hurt in the crash and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
