A 32-year-old male, of Baltimore, Md., was charged May 26 with alleged theft by unlawful taking or disposition over $200 following an incident in the unit block of East Main Street, according to Emmaus police.
DUI
A 23-year-old female, of Pennsburg, was arrested May 21 for allegedly driving under the influence in the area of Fox Street and Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police.
Retail theft
A 15-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited for alleged retail theft following an incident at Wawa convenience store and gas station, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., June 5, according to Emmaus police.
Two people allegedly removed an item from CVS Pharmacy, 702 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported June 15.
Harassment
