Students gain experience
The following students were among more than 400 students who gained hands-on experience as of March 24, 2022, through internships, clinicals and student teaching placements at East Stroudsburg University, East Stroudsburg.
These student interns are majoring in more than 20 programs, including accounting, art plus design, athletic training, biology, business management, communication, communication sciences and disorders, computer science, criminal justice, digital media technologies, education, English, environmental studies, exercise science, finance, hotel restaurant and tourism management, marketing, nursing, political science, psychology, social work, sociology, and sport management.
Allentown: Sadeel Alkathiri, public health intern at NORWESCAP CEED; Devin Bartholomew, health education major, student teacher at Pen Argyl Area School District, Rebecca Curbelo, communication sciences and disorders major, SLP graduate student clinician at Lehigh Valley Health Network, Tyler Kuhns, accounting major, group supervisor at Active Learning Centers, Emmaus;
Breinigsville: Jasim Asnari, communication sciences and disorders major, SLP graduate student clinician at Parkland School District;
Laurys Station: Megan Cara, communication sciences and disorders major, SLP graduate student clinician at St. Luke’s University Health Network Outpatient;
New Tripoli: Colin Rex, health education major, student teacher at Pleasant Valley School District; and
Schnecksville: Seth Gordon, professional and secondary education major, student teacher at Intermediate Unit, Pocono Mountain; and Samantha Parks, health education major, student teacher at Southern Lehigh School District.
