The Bohemian Trio, 3 p.m. June 25, Foy Hall, Moravian University. The Chamber Music Society of Bethlehem presents the New York-based Bohemian Trio for the Society’s final 2022-23 concert of its 70th anniversary season. The Trio, which blends classical, jazz and world music, is pianist-conductor Orlando Alonso, cellist Yves Dhar and saxophone player Yosvany Terry. Members of the Bohemian Trio are graduates of Cuba’s Escuela Nacional de Arte, Julliard, Yale University and Manhattan School of Music. The trio has won international competitions and major awards, including Grammys, and collaborated with artists such as Branford Marsalis, Joshua Bell and Itzhak Perlman. Three Dog Night, Chris Trapper, 8 p.m. June 23, Penn’s Peak, Jim Thorpe. Doors open at 6 p.m. From 1969 - 1974, the pop-rock band dominated the music charts. Hits include “Mama Told Me (Not To Come),” “Joy to the World,” “An Old Fashioned Love Song,” “Easy to be Hard,” “Eli’s Coming,” “Shambala,” ‘Never Been to Spain” and “One.” The group had 21 consecutive Top 40 hits, including three No. 1 singles. The lineup is: founder-vocalist Danny Hutton, along with Paul Kingery, vocals, guitar; David Morgan, vocals; Howard Larave, keyboards; Timothy Hutton, bass, and Pat Bautz, drums. The Fab Faux, 7:30 p.m. June 23, State Theatre Center for the Arts, Easton. The Fab Faux is a tribute band to The Beatles (known as the “Fab Four”). The band does not impersonate The Beatles, but instead covers the group’s hits.
