Michael O. Weber

Michael O. Weber, 76, of Allentown, died May 30, 2023, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.

Born April 2, 1947, in Allentown, he was the son of Otto F. Weber of Allentown and the late Margaret M. (Minarovic) Weber.

He was the husband of the late Frances Thekla (Krah) Weber.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War era as a radioman on the Lockheed P-3 Orion aircraft.

Before retiring, he was a mail carrier in Allentown for the U.S. Postal Service for many years.

Since his formal retirement, he was a part-time food service worker in the Parkland School District for seven years.

His hobbies include a love of cooking, fishing, hunting, stock car races, his dogs and being a huge N.Y. Giants fan.

He was of the Catholic faith.

In addition to his father, he is survived by sisters-in-law Patricia A. Weber and Agnes B. Melchior, both of Allentown.

He was predeceased by a brother, Mark David Weber.
