Doris E. Henninger, 66, of Emmaus, died June 16, 2023, in her residence. She was the loving wife of Dennis Henninger with whom she shared 44 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late James K. Hirner and Margaret (Stringer) Diproperzio-Fry.

She loved to craft which included crocheting, sewing and wreath making. She also enjoyed playing bingo.

She is survived by her husband; daughter, LuAnn and her husband, Craig Cannon; sons, Dennis II and his wife, Lynda, William; grandchildren, Sean Warfel, Dennis III, Christine Feller; sister, Jean Shea; brother, James Hirner. She was predeceased by sisters, Diane Pekarik, Mary A. Niedermeyer.
