Alice M. Brooks, 95, formerly of Orefield Road, South Whitehall Township, died May 31, 2023, in Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation, South Whitehall Township.

She was the wife of the late John T. Brooks.

Born April 30, 1928, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Harold C. and Lula M. (Best) Beitler.

Having a diverse client group, she founded Alice Brooks Associates, New York City, N.Y., where she was a consultant in marketing, advertising and communications for many large companies for many years before retiring.

A graduate of The Traphagen School of Fashion in New York City, N.Y., she served on the board of directors of the Fashion Group in New York City until 2001. She was a former member of Union Evangelical Lutheran Church, Schnecksville.

Her survivors include a stepson Scott T. Brooks of Reading; and executor and neighbor, Brian S. Chamberlain of Allentown.
