Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, will host a spaghetti dinner to benefit the youth group 6-8:30 p.m. June 16. Last seating at 8 p.m. Gluten free pasta will be available.

Limited tickets will be for sale at the door.

Join Christ’s Church at Lowhill for VBS 2023 Wildlife 6-8 p.m. July 18 to 21. All ages are welcome to attend.

Weisenberg Lowhill Township Historical Society, in the former Zimmerman’s Hotel, 4585 Werleys Corner Road, New Tripoli, will honor dads, granddads, uncles, and all, at its Father’s Day Fun event from 12:30-5 p.m. June 18.

Something for everyone to enjoy will fill the farmstead home of the WLTHS with food trucks, games, contests with prizes, a basket raffle, 50/50 raffle and a car show. All the society’s buildings will be open.

Dave Matsinko will fill the air with music between 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Admission and parking are always free.

Ziegels Church, 9990 Ziegels Church Road, Breinigsville, will have a VBS food truck party 9 a.m. to noon June 19 to June 23.

Through stories in both the Old and New Testaments, this VBS will open kids’ eyes to the countless ways God provides, loves and cares for us while inviting them to join God in providing, loving and caring for others.

At the center of this food truck party is a special food truck called “On a Roll.” Kids or chefs will learn from the food truck’s Top Chef, along with DJ Skillet, an adorable cupcake puppet, about the daily specials, lines from the well-loved prayer that teaches us to turn to God to meet our needs.

Registration forms are outside the Christian Education Office.
