Richard T. Chilcoat Sr., 76, of Lehigh Township, died June 7, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the husband of Anita J. (Seier) Chilcoat for 34 years.

Born in Baltimore, Md., he was a son of the late Walter and Dorothy (Cyr) Chilcoat.

He was a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School, Towson, Md.

He was a distribution supervisor for J.J. Cassone Bakery, New York, N.Y., for more than 12 years until he retired in 2021.

He coached, umpired and refereed youth baseball, soccer and softball over the years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Deborah Chilcoat-Goble and husband J. Scott Goble of New Freedom, Brianna and her husband Eric Pukszyn of Coopersburg and Kendall Chilcoat of Lehigh Township; two sons, Richard T. Jr. and wife Kelly of New Freedom and Christian and wife Abby of San Antonio, Texas; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Robert of Monkton, Md.; a mother-in-law, Gloria J. Michael of Northampton; a sister-in-law, Lisa A. Bamford of Doylestown; nieces; and nephews.
