The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has confirmed a 35-year-old Allentown woman died after a shooting June 13 at West Catasauqua Park, 2301 Pine St., Whitehall.

The death has been ruled a homicide, Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said.

According to reports, the shooting happened just before 7 p.m.

Whitehall Township police posted on Twitter that victims had been taken to the hospital.

The investigation is ongoing at press time.
