Ronald A. DeCal, 84, died June 4, 2023, as the result of a fall. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Anthony and Stella (Castagnera) DeCal. He was the husband of JoAnn (Strapak) DeCal for 62 years.

He was in the U.S. Army military police at Fort Bragg, N.C.

He worked in the office at Mack Truck.

He was a member of the Italian Club and Holy Trinity Seniors.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Duane; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a son, Ronald; and two sisters, Josephine Taglioli (Emery) and Lenora Hirschel (Frank).
