Michele M. McLain, 65, of Coplay, formerly of Bayonne, N.J., died May 30, 2023, in her home.

The wife of Ronnie W. McLain, the couple was married 19 years on June 8, 2022.

Born Feb. 11, 1958, in Bayonne, she was the daughter of Patricia H. (Kackos) Pielech of Honesdale and the late Edward P. Pielech.

She currently was a secretary for KidsPeace, Schnecksville.

Before that, she was a creative coordinator at Al Richard Chocolates, Bayonne, for 28 years.

In addition to her loving husband and mother, she is survived by a daughter, Jennifer L. Bissel of Carbondale; son Stephen J. Bissel of Bayonne; grandchildren Taylor, Jakub and Ryker; sister Janine L. Pielech (Mark Giganti) of Bayonne, and her children, Christopher and Madelyn; brother Wayne E. Pielech (Jodi Hill) of Toms River, N.J., and his children Nicole and Michael.

A celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
