Robert Alexander Burits, 57, of Palmerton, died May 27, 2023, at Penn State Health-St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Paul J. Jr. and Theresa K. (Hyla) Burits.

He was a laborer for various cement manufacturing companies.

He was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

He was a life member of Alliance Fire Company.

He is survived by a daughter, Maria; a sister, Michele Moser and her husband Ricky; two brothers, John and Donald Burits; nieces; and nephews.

There will be a calling hour 6-8 p.m. June 9 and 9:30-10:30 a.m. June 10, followed by a funeral service 10:30 a.m., all at the funeral home, 326 E. 21 St., Northampton.
