Edward John Gassler, 61, of Northampton, died suddenly May 23, 2023.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Lillian R. (Zieserl) Gassler and the late Edward A Gassler.

He was an electrical instrumentation technical apprentice for Lafarge.

He shot darts at Alliance Fire Company for more than 25 years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Danielle and Amber and companion Keith Englert; two grandchildren, Jaxon Schmalzer and Tavin Gassler; and a sister, Denise Augustine and husband Joseph.
