Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

APRIL 24

A juvenile complaint in the 100 block of Second Street was addressed.

Officers assisted citizens in the 100 block of Liberty Street and in the 600 block of Front Street.

Police conducted a bank account fraud investigation in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

A parking complaint at American and Bridge streets was referred to a patrol officer.

A protection-from-abuse violation took place in the 800 block of Walnut Street.

In the 600 block of Front Street, a verbal domestic disturbance occurred.

APRIL 25

A motor vehicle accident took place at North 10th and Race streets.

At Pine and American streets, a ticket was issued for a parking violation.

In the 100 block of North 14th Street, a traffic stop was conducted.

APRIL 26

A possession of marijuana report at Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, is under investigation.

A juvenile complaint at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., is under investigation.

In the 100 block of Front Street, juvenile behavior issues were addressed.

APRIL 27

A domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Kurtz Street was investigated. No arrests were made.

Police responded to civil matters at Catasauqua Area School District, 201 N. 14th St., and in the 700 block of Second Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 700 block of Second Street.

APRIL 28

Juvenile complaints were addressed at Fifth and Chapel streets and at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., with the latter involving a 13-year-old female charged with possession of a weapon on school property and another involving a 13-year-old male charged with disorderly conduct-hazardous condition.

A BB gun was found at Canal and Union streets.

APRIL 29

Parking complaints were addressed in the 700 block of Second Street and the 600 block of Front Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 600 block of Palomino Drive, North Catasauqua.

APRIL 30

In the 700 block of Second Street, a ticket was issued for a parking violation.

A 39-year-old male, of New York, was arrested in the 200 block of Race Street for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance.

MAY 1

Music was turned down when officers responded to a music complaint in the 100 block of South Front Street.

Animal complaints were investigated in the 500 block of East Wood Street and at Fourth and Pine streets, where a dog was found and later returned to its owner.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 400 block of Front Street.

A disturbance in the 700 block of Second Street was reported.
