Whitehall AARP Chapter 3115 invites all members and guests to the 45th anniversary and annual business meeting June 13 at the Schadt Avenue Playground building, 1975 Schadt Ave.

Doors open 11:30 a.m., and lunch will be served around noon. This will be a catered affair, so reservations are required and space is limited.

There is a cost, which includes a buffet lunch from Samuel Owens Restaurant, along with coffee and dessert. The fee also goes toward the rental cost and funds a donation to the community.

At the meeting, the group will welcome Dan Herzog, new chapter president, and thank Bill Strauch, the retiring president. Another topic of discussion is the membership drive for 2024. Also, travel plans to Li Grecci’s Oct. 19 will be discussed, and planning of the 2023 Christmas trip will begin.
