Walter E. Wolle III, 84, of Macungie, died May 6, 2023, at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation West Allen, Allentown. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Klimek) Wolle. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Walter E. II and Eleanor (Masteller) Wolle.

He owned his own business as a painter at W.E. Wolle Quality Painting, servicing the Lehigh Valley area.

He loved to go camping, boating, being outdoors and was a handy man. He was a very social individual, loved his family and made many friends.

He is survived by his wife; son, Michael; daughter, Lisa Drey; stepchildren, Jeff Bartos, Tracy Bartos, Vicky Muffley, William Muffley Jr.; grandchildren, Clarence Drey Jr., Elisha Shorts, Jenna Lynn, Edward Allen, Tiffany Nguyen, Nicki Nguyen, Nina Nguyen, Kenneth Nguyen, Cheryl Green, Justin; sister, Margaret and her husband, Richard VanHorn. He was predeceased by a son Walter E. IV.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
