Thomas J. Derr, 61, of Catasauqua, died May 19, 2023, at home. He was the husband of Lori J. (Wimmer) Derr for 37 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Alton and Bernice (Klingaman) Derr.

He worked as a carpenter for many years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Stacie Lopsonzski and husband Anthony and Katie Landis and husband Andrew; four grandchildren, Jaydin Riley, Charlotte Eva, Jakob Thomas and Nicholas Thomas; four siblings, Robert Derr and wife Candi, Deborah Rizzotto and husband Thomas, Patricia Hunger and Mark Derr; and nieces and nephews.

There will be a calling time 9-11 a.m., followed by a celebration of life 11 a.m., May 26 at the funeral home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
