The last day to register for Camp Whitehall is May 25. Register at the township municipal building, 3219 MacArthur Road.

Children in grades 1-6 who reside in Whitehall or Coplay are eligible to attend the camp, which will be held at Hokendauqua Park and Playground, 3417 Lehigh St.

Weekly sessions run 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays June 19-Aug. 4. There will be no camp July 3-7.

Busing will not be available. Campers must bring their own lunch and beverages.

The band Whiskey Mansion will perform 7 p.m. May 27 for members and their guests at Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7293, 5209 Springmill Road.

Members attend for free. There is a small cover charge for guests of members.

The Boondock Barons concert will be held 6 p.m. June 3. It is open to the public.

Egypt Community Church is accepting registrations for its VBS program, Keepers of the Kingdom.

The program, which will run 6:00-8:30 p.m. June 19-26, will be held in the church’s fellowship hall, 4128 Bridge St.

All children who plan to attend must be registered at egyptcc.org.

The opening weekend for Parkview Pool, 3051 S. Fifth St., Hokendauqua, is 1-4 p.m. June 17 and 18. After that, daily hours are noon-7 p.m.

Pool passes are available for sale 4-6:30 p.m. May 25 and 11 a.m.-1 p.m. June 12-16 for Whitehall residents at the township municipal building. Passes will also be available for purchase June 17 and 18 at the pool.
