Donald A. Crawford, 82, of Schnecksville, formerly of Germansville and Millville, died May 14, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Beatrice L. (Smith) Crawford for 59 years.

Born in Freeland, Luzerne County, he was the son of the late Charles A. and Mabel J. (Wirsing) Crawford.

He honorably served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

He was a construction superintendent for 35 years.

He served many congregations and built churches in Africa and the United States during his retirement. In later years, he supported the NETS Institute in Vermont and attended Whitehall Bible Fellowship Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Dawn M. Adler with Darryl of Hatboro, David R. Crawford with Karen of Essex, Vt., and Daryl A. Crawford with Jodi of New Tripoli; a sister, Nancy Smith of Wapwallopen; two brothers, Charles “Bud” Crawford with Carol and Richard Crawford with Carol, all of Drums; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two siblings, Carol Smith and Robert Crawford.
