Simple assault

A 17-year-old male allegedly fought with and injured his 13-year-old brother at a residence along Yeakels Road, Lower Milford Township, April 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The younger male had a bruised eye and ribs from the fight and was treated by responding ambulance crews, according to authorities. The 17-year-old allegedly admitted to striking the younger male multiple times.

Criminal mischief

A resident of Charles Road, Upper Milford Township, discovered three vehicles on his property as well as his house were struck with eggs, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 20.

A resident of Stein Way, Lower Macungie Township, discovered someone smashed eggs on his vehicle between 6 and 10 a.m. March 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Retail theft

Two women allegedly worked together to take travel size fragrances and cosmetics from Ulta Beauty, North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, April 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Two juvenile males allegedly stuffed their pockets with candy and tried to leave Wawa gas station and convenience store, 4900 Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 3:44 p.m. April 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 54-year-old male, of Coal Township, was taken into custody after he allegedly removed allergy medications and food items, with a total value of $732.35, from Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, March 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 31-year-old female, of Allentown and a 33-year-old female, of Bangor, were arrested after allegedly removing $365.67 in food and other items from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:55 a.m. April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Identity theft

A resident of Mount Vernon Drive, Upper Milford Township, learned his personal information was used to open an AT&T cellphone account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 19.

A resident of East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, learned her personal information was used to open an AT&T account sometime between April 12 and April 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of Knerr Drive, Lower Macungie Township, learned his personal information was used to open a bank account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 30.

A resident of Pinewind Drive, Lower Macungie Township, received correspondence stating he had an account opened in his name with a balance of $11,000, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 27 at the state police station, Schantz Road.

A resident of Lamplighter Drive, Lower Macungie Township, found fraudulent charges to their checking account, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 28.

Theft

A contractor allegedly received payment and failed to provide materials and complete work at a residence on Hunter Lane, Upper Milford Township, between Nov. 20, 2022 and March 21, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The work and materials were valued at $8,000.

Two people allegedly removed mail from a mailbox at Faith Church, 6528 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The mail was later dumped in the area of South Hillview Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to authorities.

Harassment

A juvenile of Buckeye Road, Lower Macungie Township, allegedly used a social media platform to threaten two female students at Lower Macungie Middle School, Lower Macungie Township, May 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The juvenile allegedly used social media to send images of himself pointing a weapon, according to authorities.

A 50-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly struck another person at a location on Sheep Rock Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:36 p.m. May 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly struck the other person several times, according to authorities.

A 21-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly attempted to use a Taser stun gun to harm another person in an incident on Congdon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Scam

A resident of Beaumont Lane, Lower Macungie Township, was swindled out of approximately $4,000 in digital currency through a social media hoax, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported March 29.

Possession

A 20-year-old male, of North Wales, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and associated paraphernalia after a traffic stop along U.S. Route 222 North, Lower Macungie Township, 2:08 a.m. April 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 24-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly had marijuana during a traffic stop along Interstate 78, Lower Macungie Township, 6:07 p.m. March 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 40-year-old female, of Port Clinton, allegedly had methamphetamine at a warehouse business in the 7500 block of Industrial Park Way, Lower Macungie Township, April 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Accident

A Macungie motorist escaped injury when her sport utility vehicle struck a curb and a tree after her dog jumped into her lap while she was driving along Village Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 8:07 p.m. April 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The motorist was eastbound nearing the intersection of Willow Lane while bringing the dog home from the groomer, according to authorities.

Attempted burglary

Someone attempted to enter a residence along Tuscany Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 8:04 p.m. April 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The residence was occupied at the time of the attempt, according to authorities.

Corruption of minors

Inappropriate images allegedly were shared among students at Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported Feb. 24.

An incident involving a juvenile male student and a juvenile female described as a former student, was reported at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., Borough of Emmaus, March 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
