An Emmaus motorcyclist was fatally injured in a crash with another vehicle along State Avenue, Salisbury Township, May 9.

According to a news release from the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Forensics Center, Peyton E. Hyndman, 22, of Emmaus, was pronounced dead at the crash scene 8:43 p.m.

An examination by the coroner determined the cause of death to be multiple traumatic injuries due to a collision with another vehicle.

The accident happened in the 600 block of State Avenue at approximately 8 p.m.
