End-of-the-year field trips for Catasauqua Middle School students are coming.

Sixth grade will visit Dorney Park May 19.

Fifth grade will go to the Philadelphia Zoo May 25.

Seventh-graders will go to Urban Air May 26.

The eighth-grade trip to Hersheypark is set for May 30.

Fourth-grade students will be taking a tour of Catasauqua Middle School 1-2:15 p.m. May 19.

The eighth-grade formal dance will be held 6-8 p.m. May 20.

A Catasauqua youth football camp for grades K-7 is scheduled for noon-1:30 p.m. May 21 at Alumni Field, 850 Pine St. This camp is offered free of charge.

Upcoming field days are May 22 for eighth grade, May 23 for fifth grade, May 24 for sixth grade and May 25 for seventh grade.

The field day rain date is May 31.

Catasauqua Area School District will be closed May 29 for Memorial Day.

The talent show for grades 7-8 is June 1.

The fifth- and sixth-grade talent show will be June 2.

There will be early dismissal June 2-7. CMS students will be dismissed 11 a.m.

Eighth-grade promotion practice will be held 8:30 a.m. June 5 in the auditorium.

Students in grades 4-9 can register for Lehigh Career and Technical Institute’s Camp LCTI, set for 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. June 20-23.

Campers will have tons of fun with science, technology, engineering, arts, math and career exploration.

Registration is only $100 for CASD students. This is a $150 discount!
