Mary Ellen A. Speer, 89, of Allentown, died May 4, 2023, in Luther Crest, South Whitehall.

The loving wife of the late John J. Spee, the couple shared 64 years of marriage.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Herbert J. and Annabelle B. (Lichty) Moyer.

A 1952 graduate of Allen High School, she worked in international sales and the distribution center at Air Products before retiring in 1992.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Allentown.

Her survivors include daughters Carol S. Hindle and husband, Thomas, and Barbara A. Speer and grandchildren, Sarah Hindle, and Matthew and Brian Brown.

Services may be held at a later date.
