Glenn F. Heintzelman

The Rev. Glenn F. Heintzelman, 73, of Wescosville, died May 3, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

The loving husband of Bonnie M. (Hughes) Heintzelman, the couple celebrated 50 years of marriage.

Born in Northampton, he was the son of the late Frank and Miriam (Ruth) Heintzelman.

A graduate of Moravian College, he earned a Master’s degree from Lehigh University, as well as a Master’s degree from Moravian Theological Seminary, all in Bethlehem.

Before retiring, he served as an ordained Moravian minister at Unionville Moravian Church, Michigan, among several others.

A retired Moravian minister and counselor, he loved his family and friends.

He was a man of love and faith, a voracious reader and a lifelong devoted Philly sports fan.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons Adam R. Heintzelman at home and Aaron P. Heintzelman of Kansas City, Mo.; granddaughter Maci Leigh Heintzelman; and a sister, Jeanne Serfas (David) of Virginia.

His services will be 11:30 a.m. May 12 at Calvary Moravian Church, 948 N. 21st St., Allentown.

Visitation will be from 10-11:30 a.m. Interment at Moravian Church Cemetery, Nazareth.
