Paul Barbehenn seeks school board seat

Paul Barbehenn is pleased to announce his candidacy for the East Penn School Board.

Barbehenn has been a local business owner for the past 17 years and works in the area of financial planning and wealth management.

He also serves as a director for several local nonprofits, including the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown, the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown Foundation and Priority One Foundation. He has served on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Allentown for the past 13 years, in a variety of capacities, including the current vice president, chair of the Annual Gala Committee, chair of the Governmental Relations Committee and member of the Finance/Audit Committee.

“I want to employ my nearly 25 years of business experience and nearly 15 years of experience service as a director for nonprofits on behalf of our community in a new capacity, as a school board director. I understand the importance of leadership and culture and want to ensure that we continue to build on our district’s strong foundation while also being willing to tackle our challenges head on.”
