George H. Hohl Jr., 77, of Coplay, died April 24, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. He was the husband of Linda (Arey) Hohl for 55 years.

He was a tri-axle truck driver for Makovsky Brothers and Valley Excavating and Paving. He retired after more than 50 years of employment.

He was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Church, Northampton.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Cathyann Goedtel and husband Greg, Suzanne Hohl and Lisa Hohl; a great-granddaughter raised as a daughter, Sadielynn; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Dylan, Chelsea and Catarina; eight great-grandchildren, Michael, Kaleb, Rodney, Brooklyn, Jordan, Ayden, Hayden and Raelee; and seven sisters, Dorothy, Martha, Patricia, Brenda, Diane, Linda and Frances.

He was predeceased by a sister, Susan; and his parents.
