Carole A. Beck, 79, of Country Meadows, Allentown, died April 20, 2023.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Richard S. and Mildred S. (Shafer) Rabenold and stepdaughter of James E. Miller.

A graduate of William Allen High School, she was the secretary at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Allentown, for more than 30 years before retiring.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Breinigsville, and was very active in Girl Scouts for many years.

Her survivors include daughters Patti Jones and Linda Swank; grandsons Christopher Swank and wife, Katie, and Benjamin Jones; great-grandson Lincoln Swank; brothers R. Thomas Rabenold and wife, Peggy, James T. Miller and wife, Margarete, and Ralph F. Miller and wife, Terry; and sister-in-law Charlene Miller. She was predeceased by her former husband, Ronald C. Beck; brothers William C. and Edward P. Miller; and sister, Marilyn M. Heimbach.

Her services will be at 11 a.m. May 5 at Stephens Funeral Home Inc., 274 N. Krocks Road, Allentown.
