Valeria “Val” Lutterschmidt, 98, of Emmaus, died April 20, 2023, at Heather Glen Senior Living, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Edward J. Lutterschmidt, who died in 1984. Born in Catasauqua, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Stangle) Weber.

She worked as a seamstress for 25 years at the former R & F Dress Company, retiring in 1984. She previously worked as a hairdresser.

She is survived by a son, Edward.
