Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin and Allentown Police Chief Charles Roca announced an arrest in a March 23 homicide.

The arrest occurred April 21 in Bethlehem and the defendant was taken into custody without incident. This is related to a homicide that occurred in Allentown in the 500 block of North Fourth Street. Police found a man with gunshot wounds and he later died in the ER at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.

The investigation was conducted by Allentown Police; the Lehigh County Homicide Task Force and the arrest was made with assistance from Bethlehem Police as well as the U.S. Marshals Task Force.

Because the complaint in this case remains sealed, no further information can be released at this time.
