A 30-year-old man, of Allentown, has been arrested in a number of indecent assaults in retail and grocery stores in Lehigh County, according to a news release from Pennsylvania State Police received April 4.

Ogonna Chuwudaalu Ofoma faces seven counts of alleged indecent assault without consent and one count of indecent assault involving a person less than 16 years old. He also faces one felony charge of alleged child pornography.

Ofoma was taken into custody March 30, according to state police.

“The investigation found multiple victims from several municipalities throughout Lehigh County,” according to the news release.

Investigators also uncovered allegedly sexually explicit photographs and videos of “suspected child pornography on Ofoma’s phone,” according to authorities.

In an earlier news release from Pennsylvania State Police two indecent assaults in retail stores in Lower Macungie Township were detailed as follows:

On Dec. 7, 2022, troopers were called to Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, for the report of an indecent assault.

Troopers were called to Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, for a separate indecent assault Feb. 23.
