Lincoln Elementary School students enjoy Shamrock Shake Dance

The annual Shamrock Shake dance was held at Lincoln Elementary, 233 Seem St., Emmaus, March 17.

Children in grades 3, 4 and 5 and their families enjoyed the PTO-sponsored St. Patrick’s Day event in the multipurpose room.

Fourth grade teacher Bryan Svencer emceed the event as DJ “Svency Sven.” Kids danced to “Cotton-Eyed Joe” and other favorite tunes.

“This is the first one since pre-COVID,” PTO President Brielle Lockwood said. “Very happy to be back.”

The PTO also sponsors the annual Love You to the Moon and Back dance in February for kindergarten through second grade.
