Christ United Church of Christ, Little Moore, 913 S. Mink Road, Danielsville, is holding a spring bazaar 9 a.m.-noon April 1.

A free goody bag will be given to the first 20 adults and five children.

The event will include homemade candy, baked goods, handmade crafts, garden plants and more.

The kitchen will be open.

Moore Township Board of Supervisors will next meet 6 p.m. April 4 at the municipal building, 2491 Community Drive.

The Moore Township office will be closed April 7 in observance of Good Friday.

Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will be holding an Easter breakfast 7:15-9:30 a.m. April 9. It is open to all.

A goodwill offering is requested. Proceeds will benefit the earthquake victims of Turkey and Syria.

The land and environmental protection board meets 7 p.m. the second Monday of the month. The next meeting will be April 10 at the municipal building.

The board successfully works to preserve farmland, open space and the rural nature and beauty of Moore Township.

Moore Township Community Days committee is planning a purse bingo for April 23. Doors open 11:30 a.m., and bingo playing will begin 1 p.m.

The kitchen will be open. The event is BYOB for beer and wine.

The recreation committee of Moore Township meets the third Thursday of the month. The next meeting is set for 7 p.m. April 29 at the recreation center.

The committee’s goals are to assist township children and families.
