Joan P. Marks, 94, formerly of Whitehall, died March 26, 2023, while a guest at Phoebe Richland Health Center, Richlandtown.

She was a daughter of the late Mildred Smith.

She was a 1946 William Allen High School graduate.

She was a supervisor for 32 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

She volunteered at the rectory of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church for more than 20 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Michele Pearson with David of Lower Saucon Township; two grandchildren, Patricia Kuronya with Randall of Lower Saucon Township and Chrissy Pearson with Heather of Wilder, Vt.; and three great-grandchildren, Megan, Dylan and Charlie.

There will be a calling hour 9-10 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m., March 30 at the church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall.

Contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
