Let’s Play Books Bookstore, Emmaus, in partnership with the Bethlehem Area Public Library, presents the 4th annual Lehigh Valley Book Festival, March 24-26
The Lehigh Valley Book Festival is three-days of creative and informative programs, including activities for all ages.
There will be a book drive for Lehigh Valley Reads.
- 4 p.m. March 24, “Children’s Author Storytime”: Picture book authors Dr. LaToya Council, Deborah Mortimer, Debra Shoemaker, Laura Renauld read from their new picture books, Lower Macungie Community Library
- 6 p.m. March 24, Opening Reception: Maria Rodale, “Love Nature Magic: Shamanic Journeys Into the Heart of My Garden,” Location to be announced.
- 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. March 25, Keynote address: Edgar and Tony Award winner, Rupert Holmes, “How to Murder Your Employer”; “Author and Small Press Expo,” with more than 40 authors and illustrators expected to attend, including nationally-recognized, award-winning authors such as Victoria Jamieson, Greg Pizzoli, Alexandra Villasante, Dr. LaToya Council, Michael Gardner, Katey Howes, Lauren Castillo, Katherine Locke, Matt Phelan, Jason Rekulak, Bethlehem Area Public Library, 11 W. Church St., Bethlehem.
- Sunset March 25, “When Harry Met Sally,” “Sleepless in Seattle”; rom-com author Timothy Janovsky, Shankweiler’s Drive-In Movie Theatre, Orefield
