It is not a 24/7 business but customers would have access 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Office hours would be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The storage units are accessible from the inside. The Church Street sidewalks issue was a lengthy discussion topic. The first step in this process will be sending letters out to Church Street residents. There are two samples of letters. One mentions the ordinance, the other details the ordinance which makes the letter much longer. This matter is still being investigated with a decision to be reached shortly. Other steps are included in the discussion. An ordinance revision could occur.

A discussion was held over the Streetscape residual money. Blinking lights at crosswalks and the work to be done for the bump outs is to be considered.

The Department of Public Works requested approval of a sprinkler system for safety operation in the amount of $1,529.59. They also requested $2,040 for troubleshooting and repairing the fire alarm controller. Both were approved.
