23rd annual Spring Used Book Sale April 21, 22

The Friends of the Emmaus Public Library will host the 23rd annual Spring Used Book Sale at Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, April 21 and 22.

A preview night for members of the Friends of the Emmaus Public Library will be held 6-8 p.m. April 21. Refreshments will be available.

The public sale will begin 8 a.m. April 22 with a brown bag blowout 2 to 2:45 p.m. when book lovers are welcome to fill a brown paper or recyclable grocery bag for $5. The sale will close briefly from 1:45 p.m. to 2 p.m. for organizers to set up for the book blow out.

A health fair will be held 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The sale includes children’s books, fiction and nonfiction books, puzzles and more. Payments can be made by cash or check. Proceeds benefit the Emmaus Public Library.
