The Whitehall-Coplay American Legion baseball team will be holding signups for the 2023 season.

American Legion baseball is for boys born in 2004-2007 inclusive and it is a wood bat-only league. Our territory includes all of Whitehall, Coplay, and a portion of Catasauqua. Boys who will turn 19 years old in 2023 can only participate if they played Legion baseball in 2022. There is a registration fee for prospective and returning players. A minimum deposit is due at the time you sign up to secure an opportunity to try out for the team if tryouts are necessary. Tryouts, if needed, are tentatively scheduled for April 2.

Sign-up dates are March 1, 15, and 22 from 6-8 p.m., and March 25 from 12-2 p.m. At the time of registration you will also be asked to provide your health insurance information and one of the following: your birth certificate or a copy of your driver’s license or your American Legion card from previous seasons. The location for all signups will be at the Coplay Field House on Potter Terrace.
