Helen Sedmak, 96, of North Catasauqua, died Feb. 21, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg.

Born in Whitehall, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Cizmar) Sedmak.

She attended Whitehall High School.

She was a seamstress for the garment industry for many years. She retired from the former Clyde Manufacturing, Northampton.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church, North Catasauqua.

She is survived by a niece, Bernice Newhard; and five nephews, Donald Cizmar, John Pail, Jim Pail, Joe Pail and Dr. Dennis Petro.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Anne Pail and Margaret Petro; and two brothers; John Sedmak and Stephen Cizmar.

Arrangements were made by Brubaker Funeral Home Inc., Catasauqua.
