David F. Schramel, 64, of Bethlehem and formerly of Bath Borough, died Feb. 16, 2023, at his residence.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Frank and Arlene (Herber) Schramel.

He was a 1976 graduate of Northampton High School and earned an associate degree in business from Northampton Community College.

He was a lifelong member of Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Bath. He was a former church property committee member, served on church council and was a past Sunday school and Bible school teacher.

He was a volunteer and team leader for more than 21 years at Musikfest. He also volunteered at Christkindlmarkt.

He is survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. March 7 at the church, 3175 Valley View Drive, Bath.
