Lowhill Stitchers will meet 7-8 p.m. on March 15, April 19 and May 19 in Christ’s Church at Lowhill UCC Fellowship Hall, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli.

This knit and crochet group is dedicated to creating warm clothing (hats, blankets, shawls, etc.) for those dealing with homelessness, domestic violence, homebound, and medical concerns.

Basic instruction will be available for people who want to learn to knit or crochet. All yarn will be supplied.

Bring favorite patterns, knitting needles or crochet hooks, or borrow from the group’s limited stash.

If you don’t want to knit or crochet, you can help by sewing blanket squares, packaging finished pieces, or helping with distribution.
