Joan C. Jacoby, 77, of Coplay, died Feb. 12, 2023, at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, Allentown.

She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Hermina (Walakovits) Frisch.

She was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Allentown.

She was an attendant at Allentown State Hospital for 42 years until she retired.

She was the treasurer of the Coplay Feral Cat Committee for many years.

She is survived by five siblings, Bonita Makovsky of Coplay, Veronica and her husband John Kostenbader of Nazareth, Bernadette and her husband Joseph Kochan of Northampton and Joseph and Timothy Frisch, both of Coplay.

She was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Gerald Makovsky.
