Dale S. Fenstermaker, 69, of Emmaus, died Feb. 9, 2023, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Marilyn E. (Schantz) Fenstermaker for 50 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Helen C. (Wessner) and Walter J. Fenstermaker Jr.

He was a 1971 graduate of Emmaus High School.

In his younger years, he worked at the family business, Fenstermaker’s Market. Before retiring, he worked for the USDA as a food safety inspector.

His greatest passions were his granddaughters, traveling, especially cruising, gardening, Baltimore Orioles, Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.

He is survived by his wife; son, Mark and his wife, Theresa; granddaughters, Angela and Rebecca; in-laws, Marvin and Blanche Schantz. He was predeceased by a son, Robert and a brother, Kenneth and his wife, Cheryl.
