John E. Moll, 74, of Catasauqua, died Feb. 1, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Debra L. (James) Moll for 43 years.

Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of the late Clarence E. Jr. and Anniejean (Laubach) Moll.

He was a graduate of Catasauqua High School.

He worked in a clean room testing microchips and retired from Lucent Technologies, Allentown. Earlier, he was a machinist for many years with Ingersoll Rand.

He played with Industrial League basketball and baseball teams. He coached Little League Baseball and football. He was a member of the Catasauqua Club where he cooked for various events.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jason J.; two brothers, Thomas R. Moll and wife Connie and Doug J. Moll and wife Dale; nieces; and nephews.

Services are private.
