Family Promise of Lehigh Valley sponsored a designer purse bingo Jan. 21 at Jordan UCC, 1837 Church Road, South Whitehall. Family Promise serves children and families experiencing homelessness by providing safe lodging, meals and comprehensive support services so the family can obtain sustainable housing and financial security.
The fundraiser included bingo, a basket raffle, door prizes and food.

Kim Wilhide of Kutztown won a Kate Spade bag at the designer purse bingo benefiting Family Promise of Lehigh Valley.
Roslyn Kuba, executive director of Family Promise of Lehigh Valley, stands with winner Brenda Nagle of Allentown. Nagel won a Michael Kors bag valued at $498. Kuba said the fundraiser was triple what it was last year and was very pleased with the turnout.

Although not winners at bingo, good friends Tracey Steele of Schnecksville, Kim Fogerty Eberts of Salisbury, Debbie White of Allentown, Terri Tilton Ruth of Salisbury, and Theresa Mylet of Allentown, enjoyed an afternoon of fun supporting a good cause.
