Charles B. Bower, 91, of New Tripoli, died Jan. 21, 2023, in Phoebe Home, Allentown.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Elwen E. Sr. and Catherine H. (Beauchner) Bower.

An accountant for Bethlehem Steel for more than 30 years, he was a public accountant in the Lehigh Valley for 25 years.

He was a member of St. Paul’s Union Church, Seiberlingsville.

His survivors include children Bruce (Audrey) of Breinigsville, Wayne (Chris) of Breinigsville, Neil (Suzanne) of Germansville, Beverly Bower of Dickson City, Lackawanna County, Karen Bower of Cary, N.C., and Sandra Epting (David) of Mohrsville; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brothers Elwin Jr. and Dale.

His service will be private.
