David J. Stover, 79, of Northampton, died Jan. 23, 2023, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg He was the husband of the late Annabelle F. (Praetorius) Stover for 53 years.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Arthur and Emily (Colbert) Stover.

He worked for more than 50 years as a trucker, hauling for Greg Beamesderfer Trucking then Taurus Lawn Mowing and Snow Plowing.

He is survived by a son, David and spouse Christine of Northampton; a daughter, Lisa and spouse Matthew Hader of Northampton; three granddaughters, Cheyenne and spouse Dakota Lutz of Fountain, Colo., Chelsey and companion Ryan Moyer of Catasauqua and Chelby and fiance Arthur Longley of Northampton; and two great-grandchildren, Maximus and Montana Lutz of Fountain, Colo.

He was predeceased by a brother, Henry Sintay.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
